ABOUT PAOLA
PAOLA began her professional career in 2002, working continuously, mainly in various top law firms, such as MIranda & Estavillo, S.C., Martínez, Algaba, de Haro and Curiel, S.C. and Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes, S.C.; as well as in international companies such as Telefónica (Movistar), heading the Corporate Affairs Subdirectorate, focusing his practice especially on corporate corporate matters.
She has actively participated in the formation of companies that operate in Mexico, with national and foreign capital, as well as in providing advice to various clients to carry out both complex transactions (i.e. mergers and acquisitions, simple and syndicated loans), as well as corporate work. of their day-to-day operations, taking them by the hand from beginning to end in each of the operations.
Paola was born in Mexico City. She studied a degree in Law at the Universidad Panamericana (2004) and completed a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law Institutions at the same institution (2005).
ABOUT VERENA
VERENA has extensive experience providing legal advice to both individuals and legal entities, national and foreign. She has been in charge of the corporate and contract areas of various companies and has participated in the design and implementation of their legal strategies, corporate restructurings, and in the preparation, negotiation and closing of various types of civil and commercial contracts.
Her professional experience began in 2009 at the law firm Romo Paillés, S.C., later joining Ysita y Flores, S.C., complementing her knowledge from the point of view of public faith, at Correduría Pública 81 in Mexico City, acquiring a analytical thinking. She has also worked in national and international corporations such as Dell Technologies, Be Grand and Mercado Libre, which have helped him refine his contract negotiation skills, as well as obtain a global vision and make his work practical, detailed and focused on obtaining of objectives.
She studied his bachelor's degree at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, where he also studied a Master's degree in Private Business Law.
Verena is currently an associate professor of Commercial Law in the third year of undergraduate studies at the same institution.
She has taken courses in corporate law and corporate structures, valuation, and in 2022 she obtained the certificate as a specialist in corporate compliance.
ABOUT LIZETH
LIZETH began her professional career at Public Notary 195 in Mexico City, where she participated in advising national and foreign clients in the preparation and protocolization of meeting minutes, corporate documentation, granting and revocation of powers, constitution of commercial companies, ratification of documents, as well as the formalization of domain transfer operations, wills, attestation of facts, obtaining registration records, procedures before various authorities, among others.
Likewise, she has participated in the development and administration of companies in the construction industry, acquiring a vision and critical and analytical capacity to resolve the challenges that arise on a daily basis during the performance of work.
Today he collaborates at GR Legal, advising clients on the mechanisms and legal implications for making corporate decisions, updating and monitoring corporate information, holding meetings, preparing contracts, letters and powers of attorney, registrations and notices before different authorities, among other matters that favor the fulfillment of the objectives that adjust to the needs of each of said clients.
Lizeth is currently studying the fourth year of his law degree at the Escuela Libre de Derecho. He took courses focused on Money Laundering and Real Estate Law taught by the Notarial Legal Research Institute of the College of Notaries of Mexico City.
